Which AI tool should we choose?

Usually the one that fits the tools you already use: Copilot for Microsoft 365, Gemini for Google Workspace. ChatGPT and Claude work alongside either. We’ll help you choose, and you can use more than one.

Can AI assistants see all our data?

Assistants built into Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace can see whatever each person can already access. That’s why we check sharing and permissions before switching them on.
