For early-stage businesses with 5 or more employees
- Comprehensive Technical Support: Access to friendly tech experts 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. This includes troubleshooting and resolving common issues with software and hardware.
- Conversational Support & Helpdesk Access: Use Slack to submit support tickets and track issues, alongside access by email and to our IT Helpdesk Portal.
- Security and Data Protection: A level of device management using our remote tool to ensure your devices are safely managed and applications are regularly updated. Anti-virus software can be included in this for an additional, but affordable monthly fee.
- IT Hardware Procurement Assistance: Expert guidance for selecting and purchasing IT hardware tailored to your business needs.
- Cloud and Email Backup Services: We offer daily, automated backups of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 data, including emails, documents, and calendars, as an optional service.
- Proactive IT Strategy Sessions: Fortnightly check-in meetings to discuss optimisation opportunities and provide updates on support and AOB.
Note: Implementing IT projects or complex changes may require a separate service agreement, which will require approval.

- An assigned Technology Operations Manager (TOM): This tech expert will handle bigger, strategic tasks. Your TOM will work with your business up to one day per week to advise on IT projects. Any project that can be completed in one day is included. You can also treat a task as a separate project to speed it up.
- Comprehensive employee IT onboarding: First impressions count. We want to ensure your new starter has the tools and support they need from day one, including a laptop and a one-hour IT induction call with a friendly member of the Seeto Team for a smooth onboarding process.
- Prompt and secure employee IT Offboarding: Saying goodbye is tough, but managing the aftermath can be even tougher. Whether a team member is moving on to a new opportunity or things didn’t quite work out, it’s crucial to ensure that IT offboarding is smooth and efficient to safeguard your business’s most valuable assets. We handle this process so you have peace of mind.
